I’m Sarah :)
I sharpened my pencil at the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD)…and wish I could have stayed there forever! I was selected to be in the SCAD Pro program, which opened my doors to real world opportunities with brands such as Coca-Cola, FOX Sports, and BMW.
I moved to New York City to immerse myself in everything the city had to offer, including my first design role. During the social and app boom, I took a leap and moved to San Francisco to join a female-led startup, The League, where I helped build the business through creative, and people find ~the one~.
Which brought me to my next opportunity with DoorDash. I jumped in early to help establish growth channels, build brand partnerships and create in every medium. I found myself falling even more in love with food.
And the people who make it possible.
Today, I am leading AI initiatives within the studio, working closely with our CMO, by incorporating new processes, mentoring teammates, integrating new tools, and bringing more proactive ideas to life in-house.

Introducing the Cardi Bodega: where culture meets commerce, giving fans access to Cardi’s latest album plus a curated selection of her favorite products. To launch it, we took it back to her roots, to her hometown, New York City, where bodegas are part of daily life. Dashers hit the streets across all five boroughs, leaking “Bodega Baddie” with the kind of loud, unforgettable energy only Cardi can bring.
Find our bikers out on the streets, and unlock access to DoorDash’s virtual The Cardi Bodega, which hosts a mix of sips and snacks curated by Cardi herself and signed CDs and Vinyl of Am I The Drama?

In Your Bag is a creative platform to celebrate the culture, confidence, and community that make basketball more than a game. Including The Bag Drop activation, a real-time fan experience that rewards viewers when players deliver 50 point games. Starring basketball icon Paige Bueckers and directed by Ricardo Jones, the work blends expressive storytelling with the fast, ever-evolving energy of the game.

We used AI to embellish our narrative. While some campaigns are able to use AI end to end, others can use AI as a visual polish that enables our in-house studio to bring ideas to life that would otherwise be out of budget.

I use AI for all of my campaign pitch decks as well, which really allows me to explore the full suite of tools available to creatives and sell ideas through to leadership more efficiently.

Women are more likely to start a business than men. But despite evidence that women-led businesses are often highly successful, they’re less likely to survive. As we expanded, we needed a platform that supported women in all of their pursuits: personal, professional, and not just within the restaurant industry. We wanted to continue to establish DoorDash as a thought leader and trusted community partner creating economic opportunity.
On International Women’s Day, we unveiled our new platform Made by Women and historic partnership with WNBA All-Star Chiney Ogwumike.
FILM (ENTER THE ZONE)
Using our partnership with the NBA and WBNA, we launched a new :30 spot titled Enter The Zone, marking the first time in over a decade that a non-endemic brand has featured a solo WNBA athlete in a national advertisement, elevating the representation of women in media.

Made by Women highlights independent Women-owned businesses and entrepreneurs.
For every order from a Made by Women restaurant in March, we donated $1 to the James Beard Foundation Women’s Leadership Programs. DoorDash also matched loans for women-owned businesses through their partnership with Kiva, a global non-profit whose mission is to expand financial access.
The in-app and digital platform aimed to champion Women-owned businesses and uplift women voices.

ACTIVATION
We commissioned Naomi Vona to create a series of portraits to celebrate Merchant and Dasher female entrepreneurs. The goal was to authentically honor women in their day to day lives with portraiture showing them in their element.

IN-APP EXPERIENCE
We featured one collage a month to celebrate Merchant and Dasher female entrepreneurs all year long on our social channels. The artwork was paired with personalized stories of the women, and links to their businesses.
Our team displayed the original, physical collages before sending them to the respective entrepreneurs as keepsakes and as a thank you for their partnership with DoorDash.
