Merchants can rely on DoorDash to extend their exceptional hospitality to online customers, just as they do for those they serve in person daily. The concept for "Hospitality Delivered" showcases the hearts of merchants on the platform as a way to humanize the [perceived] digital-only experience to encourage new signups. The foundation for the campaign lies in connecting our merchants to our customers, and how every order touches our three sided marketplace.

This kicked off a series of organic social posts known as “delivery preferences” where we create memes of funny potential order descriptions that ignite social conversation and brand association. We connected the three sides of the business on social in relatable and shareable moments.
We also used this messaging in email, testing our B2B marketing for the first time through a customers lens.
