Design Lead and fifth employee with The League, expanding my knowledge in the rapidly growing tech industry and helping people find ~the one.~
ACTIVATION: NETFLIX PARTNERSHIP
Connecting our audience online and offline through meaningful marketing strategies and activations. Event marketing in partnership with Netflix at rooftop bars in San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. To announce their new film Set It Up, we activated a full digital takeover of The League’s in-app concierges, social media handles and main homepage feed. We reached new audiences in unprecedented ways and allowed members of The League to connect in a unique way no dating app has offered before. The League’s local interest-based chatrooms encouraged people to organize offline meetups, participate in the Global Viewing Party event in app, and earn complementary memberships and upgrades for sharing their viewing parties on social, amongst other offerings. My role was to lead creative strategy and art direction across the event, design all assets and photograph the event. I also sourced the direction of the photo booth which led to numerous shares on social.
OOH: LONDON LAUNCH
ACTIVATION: SUMMER SERIES
Hosted a series of launch parties in each new city: Philadelphia, Atlanta, Miami, Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Diego, Denver, Seattle and Toronto. IRL events proved The League was more than an app on your phone – and actually has a human and community element behind it.
